2. Initial Site Visit

Next, we schedule a visit to walk the space together. This helps us understand your goals, spot any constraints, and start shaping the vision.

3. Headscratching and Handshakes

If you already have a clear direction, we’ll move straight into estimating. If you're still figuring things out, we’ll help connect you with the right professionals from architects, designers, engineers, or vendors, to get you on track.

4. Plans, Pricing & Materials

Once the vision is clear, we’ll finalize the scope, sort out materials and finishes, and solve for permitting or other red tape. We don’t swing a hammer until we’re all aligned.

5. Build it Right

From the first day on site to the final punch list, we show up ready to work. We communicate clearly, stay on schedule, and follow through to the finish.

6. Wrap-Up & High-Fives

Once the work is done and the dust is cleared, we walk it with you, make sure everything feels right, and celebrate what we’ve built together. You get a beautiful new space — and we both gain a new connection.
